PQA attorneys regularly appear before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, and often represent clients before the Supreme Court of New Jersey in a variety of practice areas, including healthcare and insurance, land use matters and municipal law.
Because of PQA’s experience in appellate advocacy, our attorneys are frequently retained as special appellate counsel by other firms and attorneys whose clients need to either defend or challenge an important lower court decision on appeal. PQA is also regularly asked by clients and industry associations to appear on their behalf in ground-breaking cases to file briefs amicus curiae, meaning “as friends of the court.”
