PQA Partner Jeffrey S. Quinn Presents Lectures on New Jersey Insurance Fraud Prevention Act

Jeffrey S. Quinn, Esq., a Partner with PQA, presented two lectures in January 2015 addressing legal issues involving insurance carriers, healthcare providers, and insureds with regard to application of the New Jersey Insurance Fraud Prevention Act. Mr. Quinn’s lectures were presented on behalf of the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education as well as before the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics. Mr. Quinn has been a member of PQA’s insurance fraud department since 1998. Mr. Quinn specializes in the area of complex insurance fraud matters and litigation involving first party claims and healthcare provider fraud. Mr. Quinn provides counsel to automobile insurance carriers as well as healthcare providers.

PQA Named to List of Top 100 NJ Law Firms

PQA was ranked 94th among law firms in New Jersey according to the 2013 New Jersey Legal Almanac, which is published annually by the New Jersey Law Journal.   At the time of publication, PQA had 22 full-time attorneys and 33 non-attorney staff members working in its Belmar, Morristown, Mount Laurel and Trenton offices. PQA wins important CAFRA rule change that will promote Smart Growth development

On June 7, 2010 the Department of Environmental Protection adopted an important rule change that will promote Smart Growth development in New Jersey’s coastal communities. For decades New Jersey’s Coastal Area Facilities Review Act (“CAFRA”) regulations have required that developments in the CAFRA zone involving 24 residential units or more provide at least 2 on-site parking spaces for each residential unit. Pringle speaks on EPA Climate Change Panel
