Jeffrey S. Quinn, Esq., a Partner with PQA, presented two lectures in January 2015 addressing legal issues involving insurance carriers, healthcare providers, and insureds with regard to application of the New Jersey Insurance Fraud Prevention Act. Mr. Quinn’s lectures were presented on behalf of the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education as well as before the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics. Mr. Quinn has been a member of PQA’s insurance fraud department since 1998. Mr. Quinn specializes in the area of complex insurance fraud matters and litigation involving first party claims and healthcare provider fraud. Mr. Quinn provides counsel to automobile insurance carriers as well as healthcare providers.
