THOMAS O. MULVIHILL was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1988. He graduated from Seton Hall University in 1985 with a degree in Political Science. He received his law degree from Seton Hall University, School of Law in 1988.
Mr. Mulvihill served as a law clerk to the Honorable Burrell Ives Humphries, Assignment Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County. He also served as an intern for the Honorable Julia Ashbey, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division and Essex-Newark Legal Service.
Mr. Mulvihill has been associated with the law firm of Cuyler, Burk & Mathews where he concentrated on environmental coverage law. Thereafter, he was associated with the firm of Maloney and Katzman where he was actively engaged in the litigation of varied matters including defense of all aspects of first and third party insurance claims including property, automobile, surety and subrogation. Mr. Mulvihill has successfully litigated numerous multi-party, complex declaratory judgment actions. Since joining the Firm in 2002, Mr. Mulvihill’s practice has focused on the investigation and litigation of fraudulent insurance claims in the automobile, healthcare and homeowners context.
