JEFFREY S. QUINN, a partner with Pringle Quinn Anzano., P.C., since 2001, possesses considerable experience and expertise in providing legal representation to individual and corporate clients in matters involving healthcare, insurance coverage, commercial litigation, consumer fraud, general liability, as well as other matters in State Court and various arbitration and administrative forums. Mr. Quinn’s experience includes the successful civil prosecution of complex insurance fraud litigation matters on behalf of Fortune 500 companies wherein Mr. Quinn has obtained multi-million dollar settlements and judgments on behalf of his clients as well as other relief available under applicable law. Mr. Quinn’s extensive experience in complex insurance fraud litigation has involved the representation of numerous insurance carriers in connection with the challenging of large scale automobile-accident fraud rings, fraudulent insurance claims, unlawful schemes and illegal enterprises, particularly involving the provision of healthcare and No- Fault insurance claims. In arbitration forums, Mr. Quinn has represented numerous automobile insurance carriers in connection with thousands of No-Fault arbitration matters and hearings. In addition, Mr. Quinn has represented healthcare clients in administrative hearings involving hundreds of Medicare Appeals claims.
Mr. Quinn also possesses a broad range of insurance coverage and defense litigation experience including providing representation to individuals and entities relating to claims involving alleged negligence, fraud, breach of contract, and other forms of liability. Mr. Quinn’s thorough approach to the representation of his clients has resulted in obtaining favorable resolutions of claims brought on behalf of his clients as well as against his clients.
Prior to joining PQA, Mr. Quinn served as law clerk to the Honorable James P. Courtney, J.S.C., the Honorable Vincent J. Grasso, J.S.C., the Honorable Thomas E. O’Brien, J.S.C., and the Honorable Donald F. Campbell, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County in 1992 -1993. Subsequent to his judicial clerkship, Mr. Quinn was associated with the Law Offices of Richard K. Sacks in Lakewood, New Jersey from 1993 to 1998, where he engaged in representing clients in a broad range of matters involving automobile liability, premises and products liability, contract law, employment law, criminal and municipal court law, school law, family law, and no-fault arbitration claims. Mr. Quinn has served as an attorney for the Ocean County Public Defender’s office and has been appointed as a Special Civil Part mediator for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County from 1993 to the present.
Mr. Quinn was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1992. He received a B.A. degree in Communications from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 1986, where he achieved All-American status as a men’s collegiate soccer player, and is an inducted member of the Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania Athletic Hall of Fame. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Ohio Northern University College of Law in 1992, where he was an Associate Editor on the Ohio Northern University Law Review. In 2008, Mr. Quinn was presented with a Recognition Award by the New Jersey Special Investigators Association (“NJSIA”) in recognition of his legal counsel and expertise in the representation of Special Investigation Unit (“SIU”) matters involving the insurance industry and combating insurance fraud. Mr. Quinn has also been a lecturer for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics, as well as other Boards and Councils.
