DANIEL S. HUNCZAK was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1995. He graduated from Rutgers University in 1987 with a degree in Economics and was employed for several years as a commercial financial analyst for the Chatham Trust Company and Summit Bank. He received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in1994.
Mr. Hunczak served as law clerk to the Honorable Christine L. Miniman, Superior Court of New Jersey, in Passaic County. He has also served as legal intern to the Honorable Kenneth C. McKenzie, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division in Morris County. He has been associated with the Law Offices of Gold & Albanese. Mr. Hunczak has extensive experience in all aspects of insurance defense and coverage issues, with a particular concentration in insurance fraud where he represents numerous U.S. insurance carriers, including Allstate Insurance Company, New Jersey Skylands, Parkway Insurance Company and Proformance Insurance Company. He additionally has significant experience in personal injury, PIP/UM/UIM, negligence and products liability.
Since joining Pringle Quinn Anzano, P.C., in July 1999, Mr. Hunczak has headed the Firm’s North Jersey litigation office in Morristown with an emphasis on healthcare fraud and staged automobile accidents.
