Taisha K. Tolliver-Duran was admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars in 2011. She also was admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 2015. Ms. Tolliver-Duran received her B.A. in Law/Justice Studies from Rowan University in 2008. She graduated with her J.D. from Widener University School of Law located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 2011. While in law school, Ms. Tolliver-Duran was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society where she competed in the National Trial Competition. Her placement as a semi-finalist in the competition earned her the title of “Best Advocate of Spring 2010.”
Upon completion of law school, Ms. Tolliver-Duran became employed as a workers’ compensation associate with a mid-size firm where she defended self-insured companies and state agencies against workers’ compensation claims. Thereafter, she began working as an insurance defense litigation associate handling professional liability, long-term care and medical malpractice claims on behalf of insurers and medical providers. Ms. Tolliver-Duran also has also litigated personal injury, products liability and employment claims on behalf of a Fortune 500 company.
Ms. Tolliver-Duran is an adjunct professor at Rowan University where she teaches Law & Human Rights to undergraduate students. Ms. Tolliver-Duran has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2017, 2018, 2019. She joined Pringle Quinn Anzano in September 2018 and is assigned to the firm’s insurance fraud litigation practice.
