DANIEL SCHRECK was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2011. He graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. degree in English in May 2007. He received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law—Newark in May 2011. During his tenure at Rutgers University Mr. Schreck served as a clinical law student at the Special Education Law Clinic, where he conducted legal research on issues concerning the Federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Special Education provisions of the New Jersey Administrative Code. He also served as a research assistant for Professors Gary L. Francione and George C. Thomas III. After earning his J.D., Mr. Schreck clerked for the Honorable Regina Caulfield of the Union County Superior Court and most recently served as pro bono counsel for the Honorable Freda L. Wolfson of the U.S. District Court, D.N.J., Trenton.
