ANNE L. HELDMAN joined PQA in 2018 and specializes in the firm’s insurance and healthcare fraud litigation practice, with an emphasis on anti-kickback laws and improper licensing regulations.
Ms. Heldman was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2013. She graduated from Northwestern University in 2008 and received her law degree from Rutgers School of Law – Newark in 2011, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter and a clinical student with the Federal Tax Law Clinic. Ms. Heldman served as a law clerk to the Honorable Donald W. De Leo at the Hudson County Surrogate’s Court and Special Probate Clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Probate Part. Prior to joining PQA, Ms. Heldman was associated with the Kridel Law Group, where she specialized in complex civil litigation, tax controversy and litigation, consumer bankruptcy, and estate administration and litigation.
