On January 11, 2012, PQA Partner George D. McGill, Esquire successfully concluded an application before the Brick Township Planning Board on behalf of Investors Savings Bank. The application sought preliminary and final site plan approval with variance relief to enable Investors Savings to construct a 6,418-square- foot state-of-the-art banking facility at the busy intersection of Brick Boulevard and Hooper Avenue. This high profile location will serve as the flagship for the client’s operations in the region. Architectual Design was provided by Mark Haas, Architect, of Haas and Associates, Mt. Arlington, New Jersey. Engineering was provided by Derek M. Jordan, P.E., of Bohler Engineering, Warren New Jersey. Planning was providing by Daniel C. McSweeney, of McSweeney Consulting, LLC, Sea Girt, New Jersey. George worked closely with these professionals to coordinate their efforts and expertise to present a compelling case best designed to achieve the client’s goals.
