Governmental and Regulatory Affairs
Clients of the PQA’s Governmental and Regulatory Affairs Group come from such diverse industries as health and property casualty insurance, healthcare, banking and finance, alcoholic beverages, trade associations, municipalities, telecommunications and transportation technology.
PQA represents its governmental and regulatory affairs clients before the State’s legislative and executive branches. We keep our clients abreast of anticipated and pending legislation, and counsel them as to the implications of proposed legislation. Where necessary, our attorneys inform legislators and members of the executive branch of our client’s perspective with a goal of creating legislation favorable to the client. We also assist clients in the initiation of legislation.
PQA’s Governmental and Regulatory Affairs Group is led by Paul Anzano, who is a member of the firm, and includes associates, Michael O’Connell and Lisa Levine. The group is headquartered in PQA’s Trenton office, at 202 West State Street, just doors from the Statehouse.
