Todd J. Schwartz

TODD J. SCHWARTZ was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1989 and the New Jersey Bar in 1995.  He is also a member of the Bar of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  Mr. Schwartz graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.  He received his J.D. from the UCLA Law School, where he served as an Editor of the UCLA Law Review.

Mr. Schwartz has extensive civil litigation experience.  As an associate at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads in Philadelphia, he concentrated his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, attorney and accountant malpractice defense and product liability.  Mr. Schwartz also served as deputy attorney general in the New Jersey Division of Law.  In the Division of Law, he represented the New Jersey State Police and Department of Corrections in civil rights actions and the Department of Education in various education matters, including audit, school funding and special education cases.

Since joining Pringle Quinn Anzano, P.C., in June of 2002, Mr. Schwartz has been assigned primarily to the Firm’s insurance and healthcare fraud litigation practice.
