Thomas J. Hall
THOMAS HALL was admitted to the New Jersey and United States District Court of New Jersey in 1992. He was also admitted to the New York Bar in 1989. Mr. Hall graduated with a B.A. degree in History from Fairfield University in 1983 and he received his law degree from Vermont Law School in 1987.
Mr. Hall is a former Senior Assistant District Attorney for the Office of The Special Narcotics Prosecutor for the City of New York and the Office of the Kings County District Attorney. As a Senior Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Hall obtained extensive investigative litigation and trial experience in connection with narcotics trafficking and money laundering investigations in coordination with various Federal and State law enforcement agencies throughout the United States.
Mr. Hall was also an Assistant Township Attorney for Old Bridge Township, New Jersey from 1997 through 1998. Mr. Hall has also represented the Cities of Long Branch and Asbury Park and the Boroughs of Little Silver and Englishtown. Mr. Hall has expertise in all aspects of municipal law, including tax appeals, public contracting, liquor license regulation and practice before the Council on Affordable Housing.
In addition, Mr. Hall has been associated with Ansell, Zaro, Grimm & Aaron in Ocean Township, New Jersey and Hardin, Kundla, McKeon, Poletto & Polifroni in Springfield, New Jersey where he obtained substantial experience in all areas of civil litigation in matters involving insurance and environmental coverage, general liability defense, Civil Rico, commercial transactions and consumer fraud. Since joining Pringle Quinn Anzano, P.C., in December of 2001, Mr. Hall has been assigned to the Firm’s insurance fraud and municipal practices where he handles complex litigation matters and serves as the Assistant Borough Attorney for the Borough of Red Bank.
