Daniel T. Towell

DANIEL T. TOWELL was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1996 and the New York bar in 1997.  He graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University in 1989.  Mr. Towell received his Juris Doctor from Fordham Law School in 1996 and thereafter served as law clerk to the Honorable Ross A. Anzaldi, Judge of the Superior Court, Union County, New Jersey.

Mr. Towell has extensive experience in all aspects of insurance defense.  He was associated with Hardin, Kundla, McKeon, Poletto & Polifroni where he handled automobile negligence, PIP and UM/UIM claims on behalf of several insurance carriers.  He was also associated with Gutterman, Markowitz & Klinger where the majority of his practice involved the defense of PIP claims and automobile negligence cases.  Mr. Towell was also associated with Methfessel & Werbel where he represented numerous insurance carriers in defense of property, PIP, personal injury, and UM/UIM cases.

Since joining Pringle Quinn Anzano, P.C. in December 2005, Mr. Towell has worked primarily in the Firm’s insurance and healthcare fraud litigation practice.
