PQA files $24.3 million lawsuit

PQA filed today a 42-count, $24.3 million lawsuit against 64 defendants on behalf of a Fortune 100 insurance company.
The suit alleges a complex automobile insurance fraud scheme involving 15 medical facilities and more than 45 other defendants, including physicians and an attorney.  The suit alleges that certain of the defendants violated the New Jersey Insurance [...]
