PQA files $24.3 million lawsuit
PQA filed today a 42-count, $24.3 million lawsuit against 64 defendants on behalf of a Fortune
100 insurance company. The suit alleges a complex automobile insurance
fraud scheme involving 15 medical facilities and more than 45 other
defendants, including physicians and an attorney.
